The Lumberjack Blend is one of our top Sellers. An exclusive specialty coffee blend we created to honor the East Texas tradition of the Lumberjack, represented by the strength and boldness of its character.
Our Lumberjack Blend is a combination of Central American , Indonesia, and the Pacific rim beans, which we carefully roast just though the second crack a bit and stop at a point just before the oils appear. We want this Blend of coffees to be dark roasted enough to produce a bold semi-sweet flavor with a heavy body and an enticing aroma but not so dark that you loose the nice subtle flavors of these coffees.
