We opened Java Jacks Coffee House in 1996 in Nacogdoches, TX with one goal in mind: to create the kind of coffee shop where we wanted to spend all day, every day. We start by using the finest small-lot specialty coffees then roast them fresh just down the road at our roasting company, Camino Real Coffee Roasters, to bring out their peak flavors.

We focused on making an incredible espresso and all its variations. And we worked hard to create the kind of relaxed atmosphere – complete with free wi-fi – that’s the perfect place to spend an hour catching up with friends, with emails, or just taking some ‘me’ time.

We are proud to only offer the finest, sustainable single origin and estate coffees that are available. We also enjoy having a positive impact in the coffee growing community and our own community as well. We take pride in offering a selection of Direct Trade coffees.
