The currently accepted methods of payment are your Credit Card of choice.(Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
We what you to enjoy the freshest coffee available so we ship all coffees within 24 Hours of receiving your order.
We currently ship through UPS Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm.
Orders received on the weekend will ship the following Monday.
A tracking # will be provided by UPS and it will also send to the customer’s email on the order.
Shipping Rates are calculated based on the weight of your products and your location. During the checkout process, you will be shown the cost of shipment for the current order.
We may offer specials on shipping such as a Flat rate or the always nice Free shipping.
$6.50 flat rate shipping anywhere in the Continental US.
If you spend more than $50, UPS Ground shipping is free.
We also offer UPS overnight and 2-day service at their market rates.
We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order.
This includes your:
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Email Address
- Credit Card Information
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted to a web server.
We do not store your Credit Card data unless you tell us to.
Returns are few and far between for our fresh roasted coffees.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your coffee please CONTACT US. We would like the opportunity to personally resolve any problems or questions you may have with your order.
Coffee and merchandise can not be returned if they are opened. These include brewers, grinders, and apparel.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange
If your item is in like new condition, you may request an exchange your items for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will be charged for return shipping.
