In this process the green beans Beans are immersed in filtered water in order to extract the caffeine. The water contains the naturally occurring soluble compounds found in the coffee beans, which helps to lock in the original flavor and promote the high quality of the finished product. The caffeine is seperated from the water through charcoal filters, which alows the flavor compunds to remain. the result is a 99.99% cafeine free & chemical free great tasting decaffeinated coffee.
